Hello everyone, so lighter fluid exploded in my face (I was recharging the lighter for the stove) and singed my eyelashes (no damage to the follicles but I did burn the tips of my lashes on both eyes so they are shorter). I'm pretty bummed out because I've got very long lashes and they're my defining feature (just goes to show that we should think more highly of ourselves than what is apparent on the outside). Anyway, I had to spend money (which I don't have) on a serum for the day, I always use castor oil at night, and I also bought a new mascara with castor oil (very hard to not wear mascara).
I also got a felt-tip eyeliner (I never line my top lid but I decided to do it in case I felt like ditching the mascara).
I had gotten a normal liquid liner but it transfers onto my lashes.
Has this happened to anyone? Any advice?
