51, in menopause. My face has changed so much over the past year I no longer recognize myself. I am looking for people's recommendations on what they found effective, what was horrible. What lasted awhile. What doesn't cost as much as a neck and face-lift. Just not in my budget. I am looking to address the terrible sagging of my face (especially under my chin / neck / jawline. Restore volume in my face. Hopefully produce some more collagen and elastin, contour a little, deal with wrinkles and definitely help with lines, wrinkles, undereye puffiness. Have had many consultations at different places and each one had different recommendations on skin tightening, improving redness and sunspot. Addressing lost volume. The last consultation I had they recommended some botox for forehead and 11's and cheek filler to restore volume and lift my face up a bit, which would reduce some of the sagging in my lower face. Another option they mentioned was radiesse and or Restylane. Another salon recommended microneedling and prp injections or C02 laser. And everywhere recommended IPL photo rejuvenation for redness and sunspot. Lastly I have also been looking into Ulthera. Has anyone had any of these procedures done? I don't think I can do the dermal cheek filler. Worried about weird bumps and for the cost I don't feel it does anything really helpful or long lasting. So I would like to hear your experiences with these procedures? What works well? Prices? And what's just not even worth your time? Please help. I feel like im losing my mind.
