Hey everyone. I'm 44 and lately when I look in the mirror I notice things that weren't there a few years ago my jawline feels less defined, there's more sagging around my cheeks, and the lines around my mouth are getting deeper.
I've tried creams and serums but honestly I feel like I'm throwing money at something that doesn't really work. A friend mentioned face yoga and I'm genuinely curious but also skeptical.
For those who've tried it:
- What were you most bothered by when you decided to start?
- Did you actually see a difference, and how long did it take?
- Any apps you'd recommend or is YouTube good enough?
- Do you do it alone or would you actually enjoy doing this with a community of women going through the same thing?
