I've never really had a proper way of keeping track of my skin. If I notice a new spot or a mole looking slightly different, I usually just take a mental note and forget about it a few weeks later.
Lately I've been thinking that taking regular photos and comparing them might actually make more sense. I also saw Skinive, which can analyze skin from a phone photo and help monitor changes over time.
I'm still not sure how useful these AI tools are compared with simply seeing a dermatologist, though.
Does anyone here actually track their skin/moles regularly? What's your method?
